These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, software, applications and services (together, the "Services") offered by Skyrocket Digital LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("Skyrocket Digital", "we", "us").
By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Some products have their own terms on their website or in the app. Where product-specific terms exist, they apply to that product and take precedence over these Terms.
1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you buy through Paddle, the purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle charges the price, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice.
Purchases made inside an app downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms and refund rules.
2. Services and accounts
We provide software products, including those listed on our Pricing page. Some Services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher.
3. Subscriptions, prices and payment
- Prices are shown on our Pricing page. Applicable taxes are calculated and added by Paddle at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel at any time through the link in your Paddle receipt or your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify you in advance by email. The new price applies from your next billing period. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Statutory rights you have as a consumer are not affected.
5. License
Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights in the Services, including software, design and content, remain with Skyrocket Digital or its licensors.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the Services in violation of any law or the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts or our systems;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Services, except as permitted by law;
- upload malicious code or content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
7. Your content
You keep all rights to content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process it only as needed to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Services available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid Service, we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid period not used.
9. Warranty and liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data.

10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
