Last updated: October 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Skyrocket Digital LLC ("we", "us") processes personal data when you visit this website (skyrocketbase.com) or contact us. Each of our products — joincard, Rifftone and Dateimanager — has its own privacy policy on its own website or in the app, which explains the data processed by that product.

2. What data we process and why

Website visits. When you visit our website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type in server logs. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after at most 90 days. Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics, and fonts are served from our own server.

Contacting us. If you email us, we process your email address and message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your request and as required by law.

Purchases. Purchases on our websites are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, billing address and payment details and processes them as an independent controller under Paddle's Privacy Policy. We receive from Paddle the information needed to provide your purchase, such as your email, the product purchased, subscription status and country (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not receive your full payment card details.

Our products. Data processed when you use one of our products is described in that product's own privacy policy.

App store purchases. For purchases inside apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google process your payment data under their own privacy policies.

3. Service providers

We use service providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

4. International transfers

We are a US company, and some providers are located in the USA. Where personal data from the EU, the UK or Switzerland is transferred to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and their UK and Swiss equivalents) or on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its Swiss extension, where the recipient is certified.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account data is deleted when you delete your account, unless we must keep it longer by law (for example, records for tax purposes for up to ten years).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@skyrocketbase.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example in your EU country of residence, with the UK ICO, or with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

7. Children

Our Services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect personal data.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update.
